Abstract

Invenţia se referă la procedeul de obţinere a agentului de îndulcire eficient 4,1′,6′-triclor-4,1′,6′-tridezoxigalactozaharoză (TGZ). Sarcina principală a sintezei TGZ constă în clorurarea poziţiilor 4,1′ şi 6′ ale moleculelor zaharozei fără clorurarea altor poziţii. Procedeul include prelucrarea 2,3,4,3′4′-penta-acetilzaharozei cu soluţia acidului carbonic cu formula generală RCOOH3, în care R reprezintă H, alchil inferior sau fenil în concentraţia 2-10% de masă în toluen sau metilizoizobutilcetonă la 110-130°C pentru obţinerea 2,3,4,3′4′-penta-acetilzaharozei; clorurarea produsului obţinut cu ajutorul derivaţilor fosfinei cu formula generală PPh2R, în care R reprezintă fenil sau stiril, fixat cu polistirenul în combinare cu tetraclorura de carbon în piridină la temperatura 20-80°C sau cu reagentul [HClC=N(CH3)2]+Cl- în toluen, sau 1,1,2-triclormetan sau cu reagentul cu formula generală R3PCl2, în care R reprezintă grupa fenilă sau fenoxilă; şi dezacetilarea produsului clorurat în soluţia de metanol a metilatului de sodiu.
