Abstract
The invention relates to the method of obtaining the induced agent effictive - 4,1',6' - trichlor - 4,1',6' -trideoxigalactsaxxharose (TGZ). The main aim of the synthesis TGZ consists in the chlorination 4,1 and 6 positions-of saccharose's molecules without chlorination of other positions. The proceeding includes, the processing of 2,3,4,3'41 - penta acetylsaccharose with the acid's carbonic solution with the general formular RCOOH3 where R represents H, alkyl inferior or fenyl with the 2-19% mass concentration in toluene or methyl isoischutylcetone at 110-130°C for obtaining 2.3.6.3',4' - penta - o - acetylsaccharose.The chlorination of the obtained product with help of phosphine's olerivatives with the general formula PPh2R, where R represent fenyl or styrene fixed with polystyrene in combination with carbonic tetrachloride in pyridine at the temperature 20-80°C or with the reagent őHCLC = N(CH3)2 + CZú in toluene or 1,1,2 - tricloromethane or with the reagent with the general formula R3PCZ2 where R represents the fenyl group, or fenoxyl; and des - acetylation of the chlorinated product in the methanol solution of sodiul metylation.
