Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the experimental dentistry and can be used for study of dental implant osteointegration processes in experimental animals.According to the method, it is performed a skin incision along the body of the mandible, it is trepanized the alveole in the apical root portion of the central incisor and removed 1/3 of its contents preserving the periosteum, forming an alveolar cavity, it is performed the removal of the dental root canal pulp and its obturation, then in the formed alveolar cavity is introduced a dental implant together with an osteoregenerating preparation, followed by the subsequent performance of radiovisiographic, biochemical and histological study of the dental implant.
