Abstract
1. Способ непосредственной дентальной имплантации, включающий удаление зуба, отслаивание слизисто-надкосничного лоскута с вестибулярной стороны оперируемой части альвеолярного отростка, обработку лунки инструментально и медикаментозно, формирование костного ложа, установку имплантата, возвращение лоскута и ушивание раны, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно удаляют грануляционные ткани слизисто-надкосничного лоскута и альвеолярного отростка челюсти, одномоментно в обработанные лунки вводят одноэтапные внутрикостные дентальные имплантаты и создают нагрузку на имплантаты, обеспечивая сокращение периода репаративного остеогенеза и предотвращение процесса деструкции костной ткани.2. Способ непосредственной дентальной имплантации по п.1, отличающийся тем, что одновременно после введения имплантатов устанавливают временные ортопедические конструкции, создающие нагрузку.1.
