Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la hepatologie si poate fi utilizata pentru diagnosticarea hepatitelor virale cronice B si C. Conform inventiei metoda consta in aceea ca se determina continutul de nitrati si nitriti in urina si continutul de citocrom P450 si glutation S-transferaza in sange, apoi se calculeaza valorile raporturilor dintre suma de nitrati si nitriti fata de continutul de citocrom P450 si fata de continutul de glutation S-transferaza si in cazul in care valorile respective constituie 0,49…0,55 si 0,22…0,30 se diagnosticheaza hepatita virala cronica B, iar in cazul, in care valorile respective constituie 0,61…0,65 si 0,39…0,45 se diagnosticheaza hepatita virala cronica C.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to hepatology and can be used to diagnose chronic viral hepatitis B and C. According to the invention, the method consists in determining the content of nitrates and nitrites in the urine and the content of cytochrome P450 and glutathione S-transferase in blood, then calculates the values of the ratios between the sum of nitrates and nitrites with respect to the content of cytochrome P450 and to the content of glutathione S-transferase and if the respective values constitute 0.49… 0.55 and 0.22… 0, 30 is diagnosed with chronic viral hepatitis B, and in the case where the respective values constitute 0.61 ... 0.65 and 0.39 ... 0.45 is diagnosed with chronic viral hepatitis C.
