Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, particularly to hepatology and can be used for diagnosis of chronic viral hepatites B and C.According to the invention, the method consists in that it is determined the content of nitrates and nitrites in the urine and the content of cytochrome P450 and S-transferase glutathione in the blood, then there are determined the values of ratios between the sum of nitrates and nitrites to the content of cytochrome P450 and to the content of S-transferase glutathione and if the corresponding values are 0.49…0.55 and 0.22…0.30 it is diagnosed the chronic viral hepatitis B, and if the corresponding values are 0.61…0.65 and 0.39…0.45 it is diagnosed the chronic viral hepatitis C.
