Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini, si anume la mecanismele de transformare a miscarii de rotatie alternativa in miscare de rotatie unidirectionala. Mecanismul conform primei variante este executat in forma de transmisie dintata, care include, instalate pe arborele de intrare 2, la capetele caruia sunt fixate parghii turnante 5 si 6, doua roti dintate conice 3 si 4 cu un numar egal de dinti, care angreneaza simultan cu pinionul conic dintat 7, legat rigid cu arborele intermediar, axa caruia este perpendiculara axei arborelui de intrare 2. Pe arborele intermediar sunt amplasate doua roti dintate cilindrice 10 si 11, montate prin intermediul a doua ambreiaje unisens 8 si 9 montate in contrasens unul fata de altul, fiecare fiind instalat in butucul fiecareia dintre ele. Roata 10 angreneaza cu o roata dintata 12 instalata pe arborele de iesire 13, iar roata 11 este legata cu roata 12 prin roata dintata intermediara 14. Mecanismul conform variantei a doua se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca include doua sectoare dintate, legate cinematic intre ele, si instalate rigid pe doi arbori de intrare. Sectoarele dintate angreneaza cu pinionul conducator, fixat rigid pe arborele intermediar, pe ambele parti ale carui sunt amplasate doua roti dintate, montate prin intermediul a doua ambreiaje unisens montate in contrasens unul fata de altul, fiecare fiind instalat in butucul fiecareia dintre ele, totodata una dintre roti angreneaza cu o roata dintata instalata pe arborele de iesire, iar alta este legata cu aceasta roata prin roata dintata intermediara.The invention relates to the machine building industry, namely to the mechanisms of transforming the alternative rotation movement into a unidirectional rotation movement. The mechanism according to the first variant is executed in the form of gear transmission, which includes, installed on the input shaft 2, at the ends of which are fixed rotating levers 5 and 6, two conical gear wheels 3 and 4 with an equal number of teeth, which simultaneously engage with the toothed conical sprocket 7, rigidly linked to the intermediate shaft, the axis of which is perpendicular to the axis of the input shaft 2. On the intermediate shaft are placed two cylindrical gear wheels 10 and 11, mounted by means of two unisense clutches 8 and 9 mounted counter-clockwise one in front. on the other, each being installed in the hub of each of them. Wheel 10 gears with a gear 12 installed on the output shaft 13, and wheel 11 is connected with wheel 12 through the intermediate gear 14. The mechanism according to the second variant is characterized by the fact that it includes two gear sectors, kinematically linked to each other, and rigidly installed on two input shafts. The toothed sectors engage with the drive pinion, rigidly fixed to the intermediate shaft, on both sides of which are placed two gear wheels, mounted by means of two unisense clutches mounted counter-clockwise relative to each other, each being installed in the hub of each of them, at the same time one between the wheels it engages with a gear wheel installed on the output shaft, and another one is connected to this wheel by the intermediate gear.
