Заявленный двухступенчатый планетарно-цевочный редуктор включает установленный на жестко связанных между собой двух неподвижных фланцах поворотный корпус, на внутренней поверхности которого установлены оси, находящиеся в зацеплении с эпициклоидальными зубьями сателлитов, причем каждый сателлит установлен на трех ведомых валах, равномерно размещенных по окружности и закрепленных во фланцах с возможностью вращения, при этом ведомые валы посредством зубчатой передачи кинематически связаны с центрально расположенным входным валом, три одинаковых сателлита установлены на ведомых валах через эксцентриковые подшипники с поворотом каждого сателлита на угол 120°, при этом количество осей поворотного корпуса, количество зубьев зубчатых колес ведомых валов и шестерен входного вала кратно трем. В частном случае выполнения зубчатая передача между ведомыми валами и входным валом может быть выполнена двухрядной, на шлицах ведомого вала последовательно установлены первое зубчатое колесо, три эксцентриковых подшипника с сателлитами и второе зубчатое колесо, а количество шлицев на ведомых валах кратно трем. Кроме того, одинаковые шестерни входного вала могут быть установлены на шлицах, зубья шестерен входного вала нарезаны со смещением относительно шлицев на величину, равную 1/2 зазора в зубчатом зацеплении, а шестерни установлены оппозитно. In addition, the same gear input shaft can be installed on the splines, the teeth of the gears of the input shaft are cut offset from the splines by an amount equal to 1/2 of the gap in the gear teeth, and the gears are installed opposite.
