Abstract

The invention refers to the semiconductor technology, in particular to processes for obtaining semiconductor nanostructures.The process for obtaining semiconductor nanostructures consists in the electrochemical pickling of semiconductor surfaces. Novelty of the invention consists in that the electrochemical pickling is carried out with the pulse voltage application into a solution with the following component ratio:?3PO4�10 ml?NO3�10 mlNaCr2O7 �0 ... 10 gH2O�300 ml.
