Abstract

The invention refers to agriculture, namely to viticulture, and may be applied in the cultivation of vine.The process for vine treatment, according to the invention, includes the extraroot treatment of plants 8...10 days before the mass flowering with 0,0001...0,005% aqueous solution of steroid glycoside 3-O-{[Beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1->4)]-[Beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1->3)]-Beta-D-galactopyranoside}-(25R)-5alpha-furostan-3Beta,22alpha,26-triol-[26-O-Beta-D-glucopyranoside], the total consumption being of 0,25...0,30 L/plant.The result consists in increasing the content of sugar in the grape berries, in reducing the acidity thereof and in increasing the mass of the grapes.
