Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza investigatii clinice, examenul ultrasonografic si mamografic si daca clinic se determina prezenta de tumoare sau induratie cu sau fara eliminari sangvinolente, la examenul ultrasonografic se determina prezenta de tumoare sau fibroadenomatoza localizata cu sau fara papilom intraductal cu microcalcifieri, la examenul mamografic se determina tumoare cu microcalcifieri mai mult de 15 cm2 si dupa Le Gal tipul IV-V, se efectueaza mastectomie. Daca se determina prezenta de tumoare sau induratie cu sau fara eliminari sangvinolente, la examenul ultrasonografic se determina prezenta de tumoare sau fibroadenomatoza localizata cu sau fara papilom intraductal cu microcalcifieri, la examenul mamografic se determina fibroadenomatoza localizata cu microcalcifieri de 10…15 cm2 si dupa Le Gal tipul III, se efectueaza rezectie sectoriala cu inlaturarea ganglionilor limfatici regionali. Metodă de tratament diferenţiat al carcinomului neinvaziv al glandei mamare, care constă în aceea că se efectuează investigaţii clinice, examenul ultrasonografic şi mamografic şi dacă clinic se determină prezenţa de tumoare sau induraţie cu sau fără eliminări sangvinolente, la examenul ultrasonografic se determină prezenţa de tumoare sau fibroadenomatoză localizată cu sau fără papilom intraductal cu microcalcifieri, la examenul mamografic se determină tumoare cu microcalcifieri mai mult de 15 cm2 şi după Le Gal tipul IV-V, se efectuează mastectomie; dacă se determină prezenţa de tumoare sau induraţie cu sau fără eliminări sangvinolente, la examenul ultrasonografic se determină prezenţa de tumoare sau fibroadenomatoză localizată cu sau fără papilom intraductal cu microcalcifieri, la examenul mamografic se determină fibroadenomatoză localizată cu microcalcifieri de 10…15 cm2 şi după Le Gal tipul III, se efectuează rezecţie sectorială cu înlăturarea ganglionilor limfatici regionali şi dacă se determină prezenţa de tumoare cu sau fără eliminări sangvinolente, la examenul ultrasonografic se determină prezenţa de fibroadenomatoză localizată cu sau fără papilom intraductal cu microcalcifieri, la examenul mamografic se determină prezenţa de papilom intraductal cu microcalcifieri mai puţin de 10 cm2, se efectuează rezecţie sectorială cu margini de siguranţăA method of differentiated treatment of non-invasive carcinoma of the mammary gland, which consists of performing clinical investigations, ultrasound and mammography examinations and if clinically the presence of a tumor or induration with or without bloody discharge is determined, the ultrasound examination determines the presence of a tumor or localized fibroadenomatosis with or without intraductal papilloma with microcalcifications, the mammography examination determines a tumor with microcalcifications more than 15 cm2 and according to Le Gal type IV-V, mastectomy is performed; if the presence of tumor or induration with or without bloody discharge is determined, the presence of tumor or localized fibroadenomatosis with or without intraductal papilloma with microcalcifications is determined during the ultrasound examination, localized fibroadenomatosis with microcalcifications of 10…15 cm2 and according to Le Gal type III is determined during the mammographic examination, sectoral resection is performed with removal of regional lymph nodes and if the presence of tumor with or without bloody discharge is determined, the presence of localized fibroadenomatosis with or without intraductal papilloma with microcalcifications is determined during the ultrasound examination, localized fibroadenomatosis with or without intraductal papilloma with microcalcifications is determined during the mammographic examination, sectoral resection with safety margins is performed
