Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, more particularly, to the surgery and may be used in the mamma cancer treatment.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the method for radical mastectomy includes the skin section around the mamma, skin rags separation, extraction of the mamma with the tumour in a hole block with the regional lymp-hadens and the lamellar wound suture with resection of the skin rags ends before skin suture having the width of1-1,5 cm.The technical result consists in providing the sufficient wound ends vascularization which prevent the ends necrosis formation.
