Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to oncology and may be used for mammary cancer treatment.Summary of the invention consists in that it is intravenously administered in complex cyclophosphane 0,6 g, adriablastin 40 mg and 5-fluorouracil 0,75 g on the I-st and VIII-th day of treatment, and on the III-rd day it is carried out the radiotherapy on two fields, namely one field includes supra-, subclavicular and axillary lymph nodes and the second one - the proper mamma, with a dose of 3 Gy to a sitting onto each field, that is carried out during 10 days, with a two-day interval after the 5-th sitting, the cumulative dose being of 30 Gy, afterwards it is carried out the surgical intervention.
