Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the plastic surgery. The scalp reconstruction is carried out with a combined autogenous graft, formed of a musculocutaneous flap, containing the rectus abdominis muscle, two tube dermoadipose thoracicoabdominal flaps, the autograft having a single vascular pedicle, consisting of the inferior profound epigastric artery and the accompanying veins, the autograft being prefabricated in two stages, including prefabrication of the tube dermoadipose thoracicoabdominal flaps followed in 3-4 weeks by prefabrication of the musculocutaneous flap. Having taken in the autograft, it is excised the scalp cicatricial tissue and the defect is covered at first with the musculocutaneous flap, then it is carried out the microvascular end-to-side anastomosis with the external carotid artery and the external jugular vein, afterwards the free bases of the tube flaps are implanted into the tegument of the accipito-parietal region, in 3-4 weeks the remaining defect being covered by the tube flaps.Claims: 1
