A method for minimally invasive venectomy of varicose veins using a device, including a cosevertical incision, isolation of the trunk of the ventricular vein in the oval fossa and ligation of its tributaries, ligation of the ventricular arteries, its intersection at the place of its inflow into the femoral vein and at the source, characterized in that a co-vertical incision introduces a venectomy device and advances it externally along the vein in the subcutaneous fat and, under its visual control, coagulates and intersects all tributaries along the entire BPV and its additional it’s a netway, and additional branches are distinguished to the place of their source and there they coagulate without crossing, coagulate the source of BPV on the foot, then starting from the proximal additional branch, sequentially intersect the branches at the sources, cross the main trunk of the BPV at the place of its source on the foot, the device and the whole BPV with additional branches are removed through a co-vertical incision.
