This invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to vascular surgery. A known method of forming autovenous grafts by excision of small diameter veins with subsequent longitudinal dissection and stitching them into tube 1. The disadvantages of the known method are the difficulty of obtaining a graft of the desired diameter in each case due to the small width of the vein several longitudinal stitches, leading to the formation of a junction zone of three seams in the anastomoses, which deforms the anastomoses lines and promotes thrombus formation. The aim of the invention is to reduce the areas of the joint in the formed graft and thereby prevent thrombus formation, as well as increase the length of the graft. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the proposed method, the edges of transverse cuts are stitched together. In order to increase the length of the graft, several formed tubes are stitched together with their ends, while the transverse edges are displaced one against the other before stitching. The method is carried out as follows. The vein is exposed, mobilized to the required length by doping and crossing the tributaries, the proximal and distal ends of it. The resulting vein area, if necessary, is maximally hydraulically expanded, dissected longitudinally, destroying the existing valves and stitching the edges of the transverse incisions with a continuous blanket seam to form a venous tube of the desired diameter. It is possible if the length of the autograft is sufficient and it is implanted; the length of the autograft is insufficient, then they form several identical venous tubes, sew them together, displacing their longitudinal sutures relative to each other. The proposed method of forming autovenous grafts allows obtaining their desired diameter, not causing hemodynamic disorders in the body, and can be used for replacing veins of large diameter, lengthening them and creating intervenous H-shaped anastomoses. Matching the diameter of the autograft and the vein to be replaced, reducing the junction areas of the three sutures in the anastomosis reduces the risk of deformation and thrombosis of them.
