Abstract
The invention relates to transplantology and can be used in the treatment of patients with Itsenko-Cushing's disease, as well as patients with chronic adrenal insufficiency. The adrenal gland is collected at the inferior diaphragmatic artery, which is ligated and cut off from the abdominal aorta. The adrenal gland is secreted along with the fat capsule, retaining the superior adrenal arteries. The middle and lower adrenal arteries cross and cross. After cutting off the central adrenal vein, the adrenal gland is removed and transferred to the recipient zone, where the vascular connections of the graft are restored. This method increases the functional consistency of the graft.
Description
This invention relates to surgery and can be used in adrenal gland transplantation.
The aim of the invention is to increase the functional consistency of the graft by an adequate flow of blood to it.
Figure 1 shows the blood supply to the adrenal gland; in fig. 2 - formed vascular leg.
The method is carried out as follows.
The adrenal gland is collected at the inferior diaphragmatic artery 1. The latter is ligated and intersected at the place of origin from the abdominal aorta 2. Retain the upper adrenal
9.arteries 3, adrenal gland 4 is isolated along with a fat capsule. The middle 5 and bottom 6 adrenal arteries are ligated and intersected. The adrenal gland is removed from the wound after cutting off the central adrenal vein 7 and transferred to the recipient area on the thigh. An anastomosis is placed between the proximal end of the inferior diaphragmatic artery and the branch of the posterior encompassing hip artery 8. The central adrenal vein 7 is anastomosed with the branch of the great saphenous vein 9.
