Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina si este destinata profilaxiei stresului profesional. Conform metodei, zilnic, in cadrul orelor de munca, peste fiecare 55…60 min se efectueaza exercitii fizice timp de 5…10 min, apoi se efectueaza exercitii respiratorii cu inspiratie si expiratie maxima timp de 3…5 min, dupa aceasta per os se administreaza o solutie care contine: 100 ml apa plata, 15 picaturi de solutie apoasa care contine oxigen stabilizat 240000 U/L, un amestec din extract concentrat de Rhodiola rosea 100 mg si zinc 5 mg si un amestec de fosfatide din seminte de soia 1200 mg, ce include 420 mg de fosfatidilcolina, de asemenea, zilnic, cu 30 min inainte de somn se administreaza 100 ml de apa plata, in care se dizolva 40…50 ml de balsam care contine macerat hidroalcoolic din parti aeriene de sovarf, sunatoare, coada-soricelului, rizomi de obligeana, frunze de izma buna, radacini de lemn dulce si muguri de pin, precum si vin rosu de desert, zahar, caramel, acid citric, vanilina si solutie hidroalcoolica, totodata cura de profilaxie constituie 3 luni.
