Abstract

Invenţia se referă la stomatologie şi anume la parodontologie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că după anestezie se efectuează înlăturarea conţinutului patologic din pungile parodontale formate, care apoi se spală cu soluţie de antiseptic. În pungile parodontale se introduce remediul, ce conţine extract din biomasă de tulpini de cianobacterii Spirulina platensis în concentraţie de 0,1...1,0% de substanţă uscată în soluţie fiziologică şi metronidazol, luate în raportul de 0,4...1,0 ml şi 100...500 mg corespunzător, după care se efectuează aplicarea acestui remediu asupra regiunii afectate.
