Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and it is meant for surgical treatment of patients in case of median postoperative big and giant recidivation hernia with pronounced diastasis and profound dysfunction of the rectus abdominis muscles. Summary of the invention consists in that there are made two semioval incisions from the xiphoid process up to the pubis, it is made the incision of the skin and the subcutaneous celluloadipose tissue, there are prepared therefrom two unistratal autodermic grafts, it is excised the hernial sac, it is mobilized the aponeurosis of the anterior abdominal wall from the subcutaneous celluloadipose tissue more laterally from the pararectal lines with 1...2 cm. Afterwards, it is sectioned the aponeurosis of the external oblique muscles of the abdomen on the pararectal lines, there are medially displaced the rectus abdominis muscles together with their sheaths up to the complete adaptation of their margins, it is sutured the aponeurosis on the median line of the abdomen. The anterior sheaths leaves of the rectus abdominis muscles are longitudinally sectioned more laterally from the earlier applied suture with 0,5...0,7 cm, afterwards the obtained medial margins of the sheaths of rectus muscles are sutured between them on the median line, and the lateral margins are margin-to-margin sutured over the rectus abdominis muscles on the projection of the abdomen median line. The pararectal musculoaponeurotic defects are substituted for autodermic grafts, wherein there are made at least two orifices and the wound is sutured. If necessary, the suture on the abdomen median line is consolidated with autodermic grafts.Claims: 2Fig.: 9
