Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnologia biochimică şi bioenergetică, şi anume la obţinerea concomitentă a vitaminei B12 şi a biogazului prin fermentarea metanogenă a deşeurilor organice: a borhotului de la distilarea alcoolului, deşeurilor de la industria zahărului şi altele, precum şi a scurgerilor de canalizare de la fermele de animale.Procedeul de obţinere biochimică a biometanului şi a vitaminei B12 include fermentarea biomasei, care conţine deşeuri organice, cu adaos de sclareol şi/sau squalen, utilizaţi ca stimulenţi ai metanogenezei, complex citrato-amoniacal de cobalt, fericianură de potasiu, metanol sau etanol, amofos şi drojdii furajere uscate. Totodată procesul de fermentare se efectuează în condiţii termo- sau mezofile, cu aplicare suplimentară de hidrogen electrolitic în procesul de metanogeneză şi reglarea pH-ului în intervalul 6,5...7,5.
