Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tratarea microbiologică a deşeurilor organice din industria alimentară şi de prelucrare a produselor agricole cu obţinerea unui produs energetic curat ecologic - biogaz constituit preponderent din hidrogen. Invenţia poate fi utilizată şi la epurarea apelor uzate puternic poluate sau în alte domenii ale economiei, unde se formează deşeuri organice de origine vegetală şi animală.Procedeul propus de obţinere a biohidrogenului include fermentarea anaerobă a borhotului de la procesele de distilare a vinurilor brute şi de la producerea alcoolului în prezenţa inhibitorilor chimici ai metanogenezei, care reprezintă substanţe vegetale biologic active de natură izoprenoidă, adăugate în cantităţi de 1·10-3±5·10-4% mas. de la masa deşeurilor. Fermentarea are loc la un pH=5,2…7,5 în condiţii mezofile, la 33±1°C, la amestecarea borhotului şi evacuarea continuă a hidrogenului din bioreactor. În calitate de inhibitori ai metanogenezei pot fi utilizaţi compuşii triterpenici ghipsogenină sau glicozide ale ghipsogeninei cu următoarea formulă structurală generală:sau saponina neotigogheninei - un steroid C27-spirostanic cu următoarea formulă structurală:.De asemenea poate fi utilizat limonenul (1-metil-4-izopropenilciclohexen-1), mentolul (3-metil-6-izopropilciclohexanol) sau β-carotena.Procedeul asigură o viteză a formării hidrogenului în limitele 1,9…2,2 L(H2)/L(borhot)·h, iar conţinutul de hidrogen molecular în biogazul produs atinge 59…68% vol., totodată metanul practic lipseşte din biogaz.
