Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnica medicală, în special la dispozitive pentru implantarea şuntului antiglaucomatos cu două supape, şi poate fi utilizată în microchirurgia oftalmologică pentru tratamentul chirurgical al pacienţilor cu glaucom.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că dispozitivul (1) conţine două braţe (4) dreptunghiulare cu lungimea de 90 mm şi lăţimea de 2...5 mm, unite rigid la un capăt, la capetele libere ale braţelor (4) sunt unite rigid câte o placă semicilindrică (2 şi 3) cu concavităţile poziţionate opus şi cu posibilitatea formării unui cilindru cu diametrul interior de 1,5 mm la strângerea braţelor (4) şi atingerea marginilor plăcilor semicilindrice (2 şi 3), care coincide cu diametrul tubului (5) al şuntului (6) antiglaucomatos cu două supape. Dispozitivul este executat din polimetilmetacrilat sau oţel inoxidabil.The invention relates to medical technology, in particular to devices for the implantation of the antiglaucoma shunt with two valves, and can be used in ophthalmic microsurgery for the surgical treatment of glaucoma patients. Invenţia se referă la tehnica medicală, în special la dispozitive pentru implantarea şuntului antiglaucomatos cu două supape, şi poate fi utilizată în microchirurgia oftalmologică pentru tratamentul chirurgical al pacienţilor cu glaucom. Cu aceeaşi destinaţie sunt cunoscute mai multe dispozitive de implantare a şunturilor antiglaucomatoase (iStent inject® SYSTEM, etc). Several anti-glaucomatous shunt implantation devices are known for the same purpose (iStent inject® SYSTEM, etc.).
