Abstract
The invention relates to the wine making industry, namely to the process for calcium redundancy removal from wine.The technical result consists increasing the wine stability against crystalline calcic dimnesses.The process foresees the calcium redundancy decalcification by transferring thereof into the insoluble oxalite and extraction of the latter from the treated wine. The novelty consists in the fact that the process foresees the wine treatment with the ammonium oxalate or solution with pH 5-7 consisting of metallic alkali oxalate mixture and oxalic acid.
