Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гепатологии и может быть использовано для профилактики варикозных кровотечений у больных с декомпенсированным циррозом печени.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что эндоскопически одновременно вводят в просвет варикозно расширенной вены два компонента фибринового клея, а именно первый компонент включает раствор фибриногена, а второй компонент включает смесь растворов тромбина с 10%-ым раствором альбумина, апротинина и хлорида Са+2, при следующем соотношении компонентов, на 1 дозу фибринового клея:раствор фибриногена (мг)15…45раствор тромбина (ЕД)25…100раствор альбумина 10% (мл)10…20раствор апротинина (АКЕ)250…1000раствор хлорида Са+2 (мкмоль)15…30.
