Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к эндоскопическому гемостазу варикозных пищеводо-желудочных кровотечений при декомпенсированном циррозе печени.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что эндоскопически одновременно вводят в просвет варикозно расширенной вены два компонента фибринового клея, а именно первый компонент, включающий раствор фибриногена, и второй компонент, включающий смесь растворов тромбина с полисукцинированным желатином, апротинина и хлорида Са+2, при следующем соотношении компонентов, на 1 мл:фибриноген (мг)15…45тромбин (ЕД)25…100полисукцинированный желатин (мг)120…360 апротинин (АКЕ)250…1000хлорид Са+2 (мкмоль)15…30.
