Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к эндоскопическому гемостазу при кровотечениях из пищеводо-желудочных варикозов при циррозе печени.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что эндоскопически вводят в просвет варикозно расширенную вену 0,5...1,0 г раствора цефтриаксона, растворенный в 5,0...10,0 мл 2%-го раствора лидокаина, затем одновременно вводят компоненты фибриного клея, а именно, первый компонент включает раствор фибриногена, а второй компонент включает смесь растворов апротинина, тромбина и хлористого кальция, при следующем соотношении компонентов в 1мл:
