Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la un procedeu de extragere a astaxantinei din biomasa microalgelor, care poate fi folosită în industria microbiologică, alimentară, cosmetică şi farmaceutică.Procedeul de extragere a astaxantinei din biomasă de Haematococcus pluvialis include separarea biomasei de lichidul cultural, distrugerea pereţilor celulari ai biomasei, prelucrarea biomasei cu un solvent organic, agitarea amestecului obţinut şi separarea extractului de astaxantină prin centrifugare.Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea căse efectuează distrugerea mecanică a pereţilor celulari ai biomasei într-un omogenizator, în calitate de solvent se utilizează alcool etilic de 96%, răcit până la temperatura de 0°C, iar agitarea se efectuează pe un agitator mecanic orbital, timp de 5…10 min.
