Abstract

Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к способу экстрагирования астаксантина из биомассы микроводорослей, который может быть использован в микробиологической, пищевой, косметической и фармацевтической промышленностях.Способ экстрагирования астаксантина из биомассы Haematococcus pluvialis включает отделение биомассы от культуральной жидкости, разрушение клеточных стенок биомассы, обработку биомассы органическим растворителем, встряхивание полученной смеси и отделение экстракта астаксантина центрифугированием.Новизна изобретения состоит в том, что разрушение клеточных стенок биомассы осуществляют механически в гомогенизаторе, в качестве растворителя используют 96% этиловый спирт, охлажденный до температуры 0°, а встряхивание осуществляют на механическом орбитальном встряхивателе, в течении 5…10 мин.
