Abstract

Invenţia se referă la ficobiotehnologie, în special la procedeele de obţinere a substanţelor bioactive din biomasă de microalge.Procedeul de obţinere a preparatului uleios de astaxantină include tratarea biomasei de Haematococcus pluvialis cu soluţie de 0,1N de HCl, spălarea până la un pH neutru, amestecarea biomasei cu ulei vegetal, agitarea amestecului timp de 3 ore şi separarea de reziduul de biomasă.
