Abstract
Folosirea: în industria fenolilor substituiţi. Esenţa invenţiei: produsul cu formula:(R1)(R2)(R3)(R4)(R5)C6OH,în care (R1) - (R5) reprezintă H cu condiţia, că cel puţin R1 sau R5 reprezintă H sau C1-C6 cicloalchil, aril, arilalchil, aminogrupă, halogen sau nitrogrupă. Condiţiile reacţiei: sinteza se efectuează prin decarboxilare cu hidroliză ulterioară în faza lichidă a acidului carbonic corespunzător în prezenţa catalizatorului dizolvat, care conţine cupru şi formează arilcarboxilatul de cupru. În acest caz, anterior se oxidează catalizatorul cu gaz, care conţine oxigen, la temperatura de 120 - 190€C, iar ulterior se supune reacţiei cu acidul arilcarbonic în mediu fără oxigen în prezenţa apei luate într-un surplus molar de 40 - 200 ori faţă de cantitatea arilcarboxilarilcarboxilatului obţinut la temperatura de 225 - 270€C şi presiunea de 0,1 - 2,5 MPa.Fenolul substituit obţinut se separă prin distilare, iar catalizatorul se returnează în zona reacţiei pentru utilizare repetată.
