The invention refers to medicine, in particular, to the orthopedics and is provided for the congenital club foot surgical treatment to children. The proposed method comprises the elongation of the Achilles tendon, posterior tibial tendon, common fingers flexor and the long hallux flexor, ligamentocapsulotomy of the talocrural, talocalcaneous, talonavicular, cuneonavicular-I metatarsal articulations, bones adaptation, mobilization of the posterior tibial muscle tendon insertion with a dissection thereof from the plantar-medial part of the navicular bone and fixation to the dorsal part thereof, mobilization of the anterior tibial muscle tendon insertion with the dissection thereof from the plantar-medial part of the first navicular bone, fixation to the dorsal part thereof and the subsequent bones fixation. The result of the invention consists in recovery of the muscle equilibrium between the tibial and peroneal muscles group which allows to prevent the adduction recidivation and foot supination.
