Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the orthopedics and traumatology, particularly to the method of congenital intol selective ligamentocapsulotomy to children.The summary of the proposed method consists in the fact that the ligamentocapsular apparatus of ankle and subtalus joints is sectioned only on the hind surface, retaining its integration on the medical surface, it is elongated the tends after the foot passive correction and supplementary is made the adaptation of navicular lone with the first alar and instep bones.The proposed method allows to prevent the residual deformities appearance.
