Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la ortopedie şi traumatologie, în particular la metoda de tratament al piciorului strâmb la copii.Esenţa metodei propuse constă în aceea că aparatul ligamento-capsular al articulaţiei tibiotarsiene şi celei talocalcaneene este secţionat numai pe partea posterioară, păstrând integritatea lui pe partea medială, sunt alungite tendoanele după corecţia pasivă a piciorului şi suplimentar se efectuează adaptarea osului navicular cu osul cuneiform medial şi cel metatarsian.Metoda propusă face posibilă prevenirea apariţiei deformaţiilor reziduale.
