Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la ortopedie, şi este destinată tratamentului chirurgical al piciorului strâmb echino-varus congenital.Metoda propusă include alungirea tendoanelor ahilian, tibial posterior, flexorului comun al degetelor şi flexorului lung al halucelui, ligamentocapsulotomia talocrurală, talocalcaneană, talonaviculară, naviculo-I cuneiform-I metatarsiană, adaptarea oaselor, mobilizarea inserţiei tendonului muşchiului tibial posterior cu disecarea acestuia de pe partea plantaro- medială a osului navicular şi fixarea pe partea dorsală a lui, mobilizarea inserţiei tendonului muşchiului tibial anterior cu disecarea de pe partea plantaro-medială a primului os metatarsian şi fixarea pe partea dorsală a lui şi fixarea ulterioară a oaselor.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în restabilirea echilibrului muscular al grupelor de muşchi tibiali şi peronieri, ceea ce permite de a preveni recidiva aducţiei şi supinaţiei piciorului.
