Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely, to orthopedics. The summary of the invention consists in the fact that it is excised the posterior tibial muscle tendon, it is resected the additional apophysis of the navicular bone, it is sectioned the capsuloligamentous apparatus of the astragalonavicular joint on the navicular bone margin, then it is resected the part adjacent with the additional apophysis of the navicular bone medial portion, it is restored the capsuloligamentous apparatus of the astragalonavicular joint and the posterior tibial muscle tendon is fixed to the postresected portion of the navicular bone. The technical result consists in the complete correction of the foot deformation. Claims: 1
