Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for plasty of tibia pseudoarthrosis with a vascularized graft.Summary of the invention consists that it is carried out the Dopplerographic study with the definition of the projection of vessels, then it is performed a longitudinal incision on the medial surface of the shin, at 1...2 cm behind the posterior edge of the tibia in the region of pseudoarthrosis, there are pushed the soft tissues to the bone, it is prepared a graft, which includes soft tissues, including a portion of the inner fascia, along with a bone fragment, which is prepared from the tibia with a neurovascular pedicle of the great saphenous vein with a perforating branch of the posterior tibial artery, in the region of pseudoarthrosis is formed a longitudinal channel with the involvement of both fragments of the tibia, the flap is rotated about 180° with the location of bone fragment in said channel and its fixation with 1...2 screws, then the wound is sutured in layers.
