Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to the orthopedy.Summary of the invention consists in that there is carried out a peroneal bone oblique osteotomy on the limit of the upper and middle thirds, shin bone osteotomy from the deformation top parallel to the articulation surface, thereafter the fragments are moved in the hypercorrection position along the shin axis, fixed and the lower extremity is immobilized by means of the plaster bandage.The technical result of the invention consists in obtaining the correct biomechanical position of the articulation surfaces and correction stabilization.
