Abstract
The invention refers to the medicine, especially, to the orthopedics and is provided for surgical treatment of children tibia varus deformation.The proposed method consists in Ilizarov apparatus application, osteotomy of the tibial bone at further distraction up to obtaining the fibula head or lateral ankle correction, thereafter one carries out the fibula bone os-teotomy and the allongement distraction is continued.The result of the invention consists in the tibia proximal or distal position correction.
