Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology, orthopedics and purulent surgery and can be used for the treatment of gonarthrosis using mesenchymal cells and stimulation with interleukins. The method for treating gonarthrosis consists in asepticizing the skin of the affected area, performing intramuscular and intramedullary anesthesia, after which with a syringe is intraarticularly introduced an extract from bone marrow of chicken embryos, containing 1…2 mL of mesenchymal cell suspension containing 3,000,000 cells per 1 mL of nutrient medium and a mixture of interleukins IL-1, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, taken in equal amounts, the total dose being of 80,000 IU/mL, the extract is re-introduced every 3…4 weeks, for 4…6 months.
