Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology, orthopedics and purulent surgery and can be used for the treatment of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and other areas with bone tissue using mesenchymal cells and stimulation with interleukins. The method for treating aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and other areas with bone tissue consists in asepticizing the skin of the affected area, performing anesthesia in the femoral head and other affected areas, after which with a syringe is introduced an extract from bone marrow of chicken embryos, containing 1…2 mL of mesenchymal cell suspension containing 1,500,000 cells per 1 mL of nutrient medium and a mixture of interleukins IL-1, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, taken in equal amounts, the total dose being of 80,000 IU/mL, the extract is re-introduced every 3…4 weeks, for 4…6 months.
