Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology, orthopedics and purulent surgery and can be used for treating coxarthrosis using mesenchymal cells and stimulating with interleukins. The method for treating coxarthrosis consists in asepticizing the skin of the affected area, performing local anesthesia, after which with a syringe is intraarticularly introduced an extract from the chick embryo bone marrow, which contains 1…2 ml of a suspension of mesenchymal cells containing 1,500,000 cells per 1 ml of nutrient medium and a mixture of interleukins IL-1, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, taken in equal amounts, the total dose being of 80,000 IU/ml, the extract is repeatedly introduced every 3…4 weeks, for 6…12 months.
