Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la traumatologie, ortopedie şi chirurgia septică şi poate fi utilizată pentru tratamentul coxartrozelor cu utilizarea celulelor mezenchimale şi stimularea cu interleukine.Metoda de tratament al coxartrozei constă în aseptizarea tegumentelor zonei afectate, efectuarea anesteziei locale, după care cu o seringă se introduce intraarticular un extract din măduva osoasă a embrionilor de pui de găină, care conţine câte 1...2 ml de suspensie de celule mezenchimale cu un conţinut de 1500000 celule la 1 ml de mediu nutritiv şi un amestec de interleukinele IL-1, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, luate în cantităţi egale, doza sumară fiind de 80000 UI/ml, extractul se introduce repetat peste fiecare 3...4 săptămâni, timp de 6...12 luni.
