Abstract
Invenţia se referă la microbiologie, şi anume la o metodă de determinare a activităţii hialuronidazice a microorganismelor.Metoda de determinare a activităţii hialuronidazice a microorganismelor, conform invenţiei, include adăugarea la soluţia de 1-2% de acid hialuronic a clamidosporilor tăciunelui porumbului Ustilago maydis în concentraţie de 2% de volum şi agitarea lor până la agregare completă, după care se efectuează amestecarea cu cultura microbiană, incubarea în decurs de 60 min la 37oC şi determinarea activităţii hialuronidazice după descompunerea agregatelor de clamidospori.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea sensibilităţii metodei propuse.
