Abstract
The invention relates to microbiology, namely, to a method for determination of the microorganisms hyaluronidase activity. The method according to the invention comprises addition to 1-2% hyalurone acid solution of the maize smut chlamidospores Ustilagomaydis in the concentration of 2 vol. % and shaking thereof up to the complete aggregation after which there is realized mixing with the microbial culture, incubation during 60 min at 37°C and determination of hyaluronidase activity according to the chlamidospores aggregates degradation. The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the sensibility of the proposed method.
