Abstract
The invention relates to the microbiology, namely, to a method provided for determination of the staphylococcus plasmo-coagulation.The summary of the invention consists in mixing the rabbit citrate plasma diluted in the ratio of 1:5, where are suspended maize smut chlamydospores Ustilago maydis in the concentration of 1 vol. % and which is subjected to the thermostatic control at 37°C during 1 hour with the microbial culture, complementary determination of the staphylococcus plasmoagglutination after formation of the visible chlamydospores aggregates and drops clarification, after which it is realized the incubation at 37°C during 2 hours and determination of the staphylococcus plasmocoagulation activity after chlamydospores aggregates immobilization.The technical result of the invention consists in the method's sensibilization and informative character increasing.
