Abstract
The invention relates to the microbiology, more particularly, to a method provided for the determination of the microorganisms desoxyribonucleasic activity. The summary of the invention consists in mixing the microbial culture with the 0,0025% AND solution where is suspended maize smut chlamydospores Ustilago maydis in concentration of 2 vol. % till the complete aggregation thereof, incubation into the humid chamber at 37°C during 30...60 min and determination of the microorganisms desoxy-ribonucleasic activity after chlamydospores aggregates splitting. The technical result consists in the method's sensibility increasing and operations number reducing.
