Abstract
The invention relates to the microbiology, more particularly to a method provided for determination of the microorganisms lecithinasic activity. The summary of the invention consists in mixing the microbial culture with the lecithovitelline where complementary is suspended maize smut chlamydospores Ustilago maydis in concentration of 2 vol. % and which is subjected to the thermostatic control at 37°C during an hour after which is realized the incubation thereof at 37°C during an hour, addition of some drops 10% CaCl2 solution and determination of the microorganisms lecithinasic activity on base of the lecithovitelline splitting appreciation after formation of some visible chlamydospores aggregates. The technical result of the invention consists in the method sensibility increasing.
