Abstract
Invenţia se referă la microbiologie, şi anume la o metodă destinată determinării activităţii lecitinazice a microorganismelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în amestecarea culturii microbiene cu soluţie de lecitovitelină în care suplimentar se suspendează clamidosporii tăciunelui porumbului Ustilago maydis în concentraţie de 2% de volum şi care se termostatează la 37°C în decurs de o oră, după care se efectuează incubarea lor la 37°C în decurs de o oră, se adaugă o picătură de soluţie de 10% CaCl2 şi se determină activitatea lecitinazică a microorganismelor pe baza aprecierii scindării lecitovitelinei după formarea unor agregate vizibile de clamidospori.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea sensibilităţii metodei.
