Abstract
La présente invention concerne un composé de formule (I) dans laquelle A, Z, L, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 et R33 sont tels que définis dans la revendication 1, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. Les composés de formule (I) possèdent une utilité en tant qu'inhibiteurs de TEAD. Ces composés sont utiles en tant que médicaments dans le traitement de maladies ou d'états dans lesquels l'inhibition de TEAD est souhaitée, tels que le cancer et la douleur chronique.
